We collect contact details, service location, appliance information, problem descriptions, tracking parameters, and optional photos submitted for service.

How information is used

Information is used to review service requests, communicate about scheduling and repairs, prepare estimates and invoices, prevent abuse, and improve marketing attribution.

Website analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors find and use our website, measure successful service-request submissions, diagnose website performance, and evaluate marketing effectiveness. These services may process technical information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from an IP address, browser and device characteristics, referral source, campaign parameters, interaction events, and cookie or similar online identifiers.

We do not intentionally send service-request form fields such as your name, telephone number, email address, street address, ZIP code, appliance problem description, or uploaded photos to Google Analytics. A successful form submission may be recorded as an aggregated analytics event without those contact details.

You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies or scripts may reduce the accuracy of our website statistics but should not prevent you from calling us or submitting a service request.
